How do I request private signal access?
Select “Private access request” in the support form and identify whether you need the signal feed, whale activity layer or API access. Include the intended use and relevant technical requirements.
What should I include when reporting a missing signal?
Include the approximate time, asset, expected delivery channel and any available signal or notification identifier. Do not submit passwords or private account credentials.
Where should I report an API authentication error?
Select “API integration support” and provide the HTTP status, error code and non-sensitive request ID. Never include the complete API key or authorization header.
Can support explain why a signal was invalidated?
Support may help identify the published invalidation condition and signal-status update. It cannot provide personalized instructions about opening, closing or modifying a trade.
How are refund requests reviewed?
Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed according to the published Refund Policy, Subscription Agreement and applicable service terms.
Should I send screenshots containing API keys?
No. Remove or fully obscure API keys, passwords, tokens, wallet private keys, seed phrases and other authentication information before sending any screenshot.
