1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated into them by reference.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, partnership, fund, organisation or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. In that case, “you” and “your” include both you and the relevant entity.

Additional contractual terms may apply to a subscription, API plan, private-access arrangement or separately negotiated service. Where those additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and your use is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

Unless a higher minimum age is required by applicable law, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription, request private signal access or obtain an API credential.

You are responsible for determining whether the Service is lawful and appropriate in your country, region or professional capacity. We do not represent that every feature is available or legally permitted in every jurisdiction.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when requesting access, communicating with support or entering into a paid arrangement.

4. Description of the Service

Wall Street Hack provides market-intelligence content focused on trading signals, whale-wallet activity, exchange flows, liquidity, derivatives positioning, volume and market structure.

The Service may include:

• public educational and market-intelligence content;
• private or subscription-based signal information;
• structured signal records and lifecycle updates;
• whale-activity and exchange-flow alerts;
• signal methodology and historical archive information;
• API endpoints, webhooks and developer documentation;
• support, technical assistance and access administration.

The specific features included in a plan or access arrangement may change, and certain information may be delayed, restricted, removed or made available only to approved users.

5. No Financial, Investment or Trading Advice

The Service is provided for general informational, analytical and educational purposes. Nothing made available through the Service constitutes:

• a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or trade any asset;
• personalised investment advice;
• portfolio management or discretionary trading;
• a solicitation, offer or invitation to enter into a transaction;
• a guarantee of profit, accuracy or future market performance;
• legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice.

You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, order execution, position sizing, leverage, risk controls, tax obligations and compliance with applicable law.

You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate before making a financial or trading decision.

6. Signals, Whale Alerts and Market Research

Signals and alerts represent market scenarios based on information available at a particular time. They may become outdated, expire, change status or be invalidated as market conditions develop.

A Signal may include an activation condition, entry range, invalidation, target, confidence score, risk level or expiration. You must review the complete record and current status rather than relying on an isolated notification or directional label.

6.1 Whale-activity interpretation

A large wallet transaction does not necessarily indicate an intention to buy or sell. Wallet attribution may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, and transfers may represent internal reorganisation, custody activity, collateral movement or another non-directional event.

6.2 Confidence scores

Any confidence score, strength label or risk classification summarises selected analytical factors. It is not a probability of profit, an audited success rate or a guarantee that a scenario will develop as expected.

6.3 Signal updates

You are responsible for checking current Signal status, updates, invalidation and expiration. We are not responsible for losses resulting from use of an outdated, delayed or incomplete notification.

7. Private Access, Credentials and Security

Certain parts of the Service may require approval, payment, a private link, access token, API credential or another authentication method.

You must:

• keep all access credentials confidential;
• use credentials only for the approved purpose;
• prevent unauthorised use by other persons;
• notify us promptly of suspected loss or compromise;
• follow any security, access-scope or usage instructions.

You must not sell, transfer, sublicense, publish or share private access credentials unless we have expressly authorised that activity in writing.

You are responsible for activity performed through credentials issued to you, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Fees, Billing and Subscription Terms

Certain features may be provided on a paid, recurring or fixed-term basis. Applicable prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal terms and included features should be disclosed before the purchase is completed.

Unless stated otherwise:

• fees are stated in the currency shown during purchase;
• applicable taxes or payment-provider charges may be added;
• subscription access may begin after successful payment;
• failed or reversed payments may result in access restriction;
• recurring subscriptions may renew until cancelled in accordance with the applicable agreement.

Additional payment, renewal and cancellation terms are described in the Subscription Agreement and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may change future pricing or plan features by providing notice required by the applicable agreement or law. A pricing change will not retroactively alter a completed billing period unless legally permitted and clearly disclosed.

9. API and Developer Access

API access may require separate approval, technical onboarding, a paid plan and acceptance of the API Terms.

You must use the API only within the access scope, rate limits, data permissions and technical requirements assigned to you.

You must not:

• circumvent authentication or rate limits;
• share, expose or embed private API credentials in public code;
• use the API to create an unauthorised competing data service;
• redistribute restricted signal data without written permission;
• interfere with endpoint availability or webhook delivery;
• send malicious, automated or excessive requests.

API availability, endpoint structure, fields, versions and limits may change. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated through documentation, status notices or direct notice.

10. Acceptable Use

You must use the Service lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not use the Service to:

• commit fraud, market manipulation or another unlawful activity;
• misrepresent Signal information as guaranteed or personalised advice;
• impersonate Wall Street Hack or another person;
• copy, scrape or redistribute restricted Content without permission;
• introduce malware, malicious code or disruptive traffic;
• test security controls without written authorisation;
• harass, threaten or abuse staff, users or support personnel;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy or contractual rights;
• remove legal notices, attribution or access restrictions.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including restricting access, suspending credentials, preserving evidence or reporting unlawful conduct where required.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its Content are owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by Wall Street Hack and are protected by applicable intellectual property and contractual rights.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own lawful internal or personal purposes, subject to the applicable plan.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit the Content;
• create a competing signal, alert or data-distribution service from restricted Content;
• remove trademarks, copyright notices or attribution;
• reverse engineer protected software or technical controls;
• use Wall Street Hack branding without written permission.

No ownership right is transferred to you by your use of the Service or payment of a subscription fee.

12. Third-Party Data, Platforms and Services

The Service may rely on or refer to third-party exchanges, blockchain networks, wallet labels, market-data providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, messaging systems and external websites.

We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, legality or continued operation.

Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. A reference or link does not constitute endorsement unless expressly stated.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to separate terms, fees, privacy practices, trading rules and technical risks.

13. Trading and Crypto-Asset Risk Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• crypto-asset markets may be highly volatile and illiquid;
• prices may move before a Signal can be received or executed;
• slippage, spread, fees and latency may materially affect results;
• leverage can increase both gains and losses;
• exchanges, wallets and networks may fail, freeze or be compromised;
• regulatory treatment may differ between assets and jurisdictions;
• historical outcomes do not guarantee future performance;
• no analytical method can eliminate market uncertainty.

14. Availability, Updates and Modifications

We aim to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability.

The Service may be unavailable or degraded because of maintenance, software updates, data-provider failures, network congestion, security incidents, infrastructure problems, legal requirements or events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, replace or discontinue any feature, endpoint, data field, Signal category or access method where reasonably necessary.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free;
• Signals, alerts or data will be accurate, complete or timely;
• a particular market scenario will occur;
• any target, entry or invalidation level will be executable;
• use of the Service will produce profit or prevent loss;
• third-party data, networks or platforms will remain available;
• all technical defects can or will be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wall Street Hack, its operator, officers, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss arising from or relating to the Service.

This includes loss of profit, trading loss, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, liquidation, business interruption or loss resulting from delayed or unavailable information.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, the aggregate liability of Wall Street Hack arising from the Service will be limited to the greater of:

• the amount you paid directly to Wall Street Hack for the affected Service during the preceding three months; or
• the minimum amount required by applicable law.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or another category expressly protected by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wall Street Hack, its operator, officers, employees, contractors and service providers from claims, losses, damages and reasonable costs arising from:

• your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Service;
• your breach of these Terms or an incorporated policy;
• your misuse or redistribution of restricted Content;
• your infringement of another person’s rights;
• activity performed through credentials under your control;
• your application, integration or downstream presentation of API data.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us where such an obligation would be prohibited or unenforceable under applicable law.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to:

• respond to a material breach of these Terms;
• prevent fraud, abuse, security risk or unlawful activity;
• protect the Service, users or third parties;
• respond to unpaid or reversed fees;
• comply with a legal, regulatory or court requirement;
• discontinue a Service or access arrangement.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the breach before termination.

Upon termination, your permission to access restricted Content or use issued credentials ends immediately. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual-property, liability, indemnification and dispute terms, will remain effective.

19. Mandatory Consumer Rights

If you use the Service as a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those rights where doing so would be unlawful.

Any statutory right to receive pre-contract information, cancel a digital-service agreement, obtain a remedy or submit a complaint will apply according to the relevant law and the circumstances of the transaction.

Where access to digital content begins immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge any legally permitted effect on a withdrawal right.

Our use of cookies, local storage and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data submitted through an API integration, support request or business account is collected and shared lawfully.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
