Subscription contract

Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement governs paid and recurring access to WallStreetHack.com trading-signal information, whale-activity research, private digital resources, notifications, APIs and related subscription services.

Effective date: 28 July 2026 Last updated: 28 July 2026 Document version: 1.0

This Subscription Agreement is entered into between WallStreetHack.com and the individual or organisation purchasing or using a paid subscription.

By completing a subscription purchase, requesting immediate digital access or continuing a subscription after a disclosed renewal, you agree to this Agreement, the Terms and Conditions and the policies incorporated by reference.

If mandatory consumer law grants you rights that conflict with this Agreement, those mandatory rights will prevail.

1. Parties and Contract Documents

The service provider under this Agreement is:

WallStreetHack.com

48 Kyriakou Matsi Avenue, Suite 7B
1082 Nicosia
Republic of Cyprus

The subscription contract consists of:

If a plan-specific written term conflicts with this Agreement, the more specific term will control for that subscription, subject to mandatory law.

2. Subscription Service

A WallStreetHack.com subscription may provide access to one or more digital services identified in the purchase summary.

Depending on the selected plan, access may include:

  • private crypto trading-signal records;
  • signal status and lifecycle updates;
  • whale-wallet and exchange-flow analysis;
  • market-structure and liquidity research;
  • signal history and methodology resources;
  • email, browser or supported notification delivery;
  • API endpoints or webhook services;
  • subscriber or developer support.

Not every feature is included in every plan. The applicable purchase page or written offer identifies the material features included in the selected subscription.

A subscription grants access to the Service. It does not transfer ownership of signals, research, software, API data or other intellectual property.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must generally be at least 18 years old.

You may purchase a subscription only where:

  • the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction;
  • you provide accurate purchase and contact information;
  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
  • you are not subject to a legal restriction preventing access;
  • you agree to the applicable risk and financial disclosures.

If you subscribe for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to this Agreement.

4. Subscription Order and Acceptance

A displayed plan, price or subscription option is an invitation to submit an order unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Before submitting an order, you should be shown:

  • the main characteristics of the subscription;
  • the total recurring or fixed-term price;
  • the billing interval;
  • the initial subscription term;
  • whether automatic renewal applies;
  • the available cancellation method;
  • any material technical or access requirements.

The contract is formed when the order is accepted and successful payment or another agreed billing arrangement is confirmed.

We may reject or cancel an order before access begins where there is a pricing error, payment failure, legal restriction, suspected fraud, security risk or unavailable plan.

If an order is rejected after payment has been captured, the affected amount will be returned through the applicable payment method, subject to payment-provider processing time.

5. Digital Access and Service Delivery

Subscription access generally begins after order acceptance, successful payment and completion of any required access setup.

Access may be delivered through:

  • a private website area;
  • a unique access link;
  • an approved email address;
  • an API credential;
  • a webhook or supported integration;
  • another method stated in the plan description.

You must verify that the contact and technical information provided during purchase is correct.

Delivery to an incorrect email address, blocked inbox, unsupported integration or misconfigured webhook may delay practical receipt even where the Service has been supplied.

Immediate access

If you request access before an applicable statutory withdrawal period expires, the checkout process may require an express request for immediate performance and any acknowledgment required by consumer law.

6. Prices, Currency and Taxes

The price and currency applicable to a subscription are displayed before the order is submitted.

Unless the purchase summary states otherwise:

  • the displayed charge applies to the stated billing period;
  • applicable taxes may be added or included as legally required;
  • foreign-exchange or bank charges are the subscriber’s responsibility;
  • the payment provider may apply separate processing rules;
  • promotional pricing applies only for its stated period.

The total amount payable and the recurring nature of the charge should be disclosed before payment authorisation.

7. Payment Authorisation

By providing or selecting a payment method, you authorise WallStreetHack.com and the applicable payment provider to charge the amounts disclosed for the selected subscription.

For a recurring subscription, this authorisation includes subsequent renewal charges until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated.

You confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the payment method;
  • the billing information is accurate;
  • sufficient funds or credit are available;
  • you will update expired or changed payment details;
  • you will not initiate an improper chargeback for a valid charge.

Payment-card information may be collected and processed directly by an independent payment provider under its own privacy and security terms.

8. Automatic Renewal

If the purchase summary states that a subscription renews automatically, it will renew for the disclosed renewal period until cancelled.

At each renewal, the applicable subscription fee may be charged to the saved or selected payment method.

Before purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, the user should be clearly informed of:

  • the recurring nature of the contract;
  • the billing frequency;
  • the renewal price or method for determining it;
  • how and when cancellation takes effect;
  • any minimum subscription period.

Where required by applicable law, an additional renewal notice or reminder will be provided.

Renewal timing

To prevent the next renewal charge, submit cancellation before the renewal is processed. Processing deadlines, if any, must be disclosed through the applicable account, checkout or support channel.

9. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

WallStreetHack.com may offer a trial, introductory discount, promotional period or limited-access subscription.

The applicable offer should state:

  • the eligibility conditions;
  • the duration of the trial or discount;
  • which features are included;
  • whether payment information is required;
  • whether the offer converts to a paid subscription;
  • the amount and timing of the first paid charge.

Unless expressly allowed, a user may not create multiple accounts or use alternative payment methods to obtain repeated trials or introductory offers.

Promotional access may end automatically at the stated time or convert to a paid plan only where this was clearly disclosed and validly authorised.

10. Plan, Feature and Price Changes

You may request an available plan upgrade or downgrade through the supported account or support process.

The effective date and billing effect of a plan change should be disclosed before the change is confirmed.

WallStreetHack.com may change future subscription prices, access limits or included features where reasonably necessary.

For an existing recurring subscription, a material price or service change will take effect only after the notice required by the contract and applicable law.

Where mandatory law requires consent to a change, continued use alone will not replace that required consent.

11. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

A consumer entering into a distance contract may have a statutory period in which the contract can be withdrawn without giving a reason.

For consumers protected by applicable European distance-contract rules, the standard withdrawal period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the service contract, subject to legal exceptions and the nature of the digital supply.

11.1 Requesting immediate performance

If you request that a digital service begin before the withdrawal period ends, you may be required to expressly request immediate performance.

If you subsequently withdraw before a service is fully performed, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for the service supplied before withdrawal, provided the required request and information were given.

11.2 Fully performed services

Where a paid service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, the withdrawal right may end only where the legally required prior consent and acknowledgment were obtained.

11.3 Digital content supplied immediately

Where the purchase includes digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins only where the consumer gave the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgment.

Mandatory rights remain protected

This Agreement does not remove a withdrawal right, refund right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. The checkout flow must match the actual service supplied.

11.4 Exercising a withdrawal right

A withdrawal notice should clearly identify the subscriber, the subscription and the decision to withdraw.

The notice may be submitted through the Support page or another method expressly provided during purchase.

12. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available account, billing or support process.

Unless mandatory law or the purchase summary provides otherwise:

  • cancellation prevents future renewals;
  • access normally continues until the paid period ends;
  • cancellation does not automatically reverse a completed charge;
  • unused time does not automatically create a cash balance;
  • API credentials may be disabled when paid access ends.

A cancellation is effective when it is successfully recorded by the supported system or confirmed by WallStreetHack.com.

You should retain the cancellation confirmation for your records.

Deleting access is not cancellation

Deleting emails, disabling a webhook, ceasing to use the Service or removing saved credentials does not by itself cancel a recurring billing agreement.

13. Refunds and Billing Adjustments

Refund eligibility is governed by mandatory law, this Agreement and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

A refund or billing adjustment may be available where:

  • mandatory consumer law requires it;
  • the same subscription was charged more than once in error;
  • an unauthorised charge is verified;
  • the purchased service was not supplied;
  • a material lack of conformity was not remedied as required;
  • WallStreetHack.com expressly approves the adjustment.

Dissatisfaction with market performance, an invalidated signal, a trading loss or failure to use available access does not automatically establish refund eligibility.

Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed with the subscriber.

14. Failed, Reversed and Disputed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, is reversed or becomes overdue, WallStreetHack.com may:

  • retry the payment where authorised;
  • request an updated payment method;
  • restrict private signal or API access;
  • suspend notification delivery;
  • terminate the subscription after reasonable notice;
  • recover valid outstanding amounts where legally permitted.

A subscriber who believes a charge is incorrect should contact support before initiating a chargeback where reasonably possible.

This does not limit any lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect payment through the applicable payment provider.

15. Permitted Use and Account Sharing

A personal subscription is intended for the individual subscriber identified during purchase.

An organisational or API subscription may be used only by the authorised users, applications and environments included in the applicable plan.

Subscribers must not:

  • share private access links or credentials without permission;
  • resell subscription access;
  • publish restricted signal data in public channels;
  • create an unauthorised competing signal-distribution service;
  • circumvent user, device, API or request limits;
  • use automated scraping outside approved API access;
  • misrepresent WallStreetHack.com signals as guaranteed advice.

Additional restrictions are described in the Acceptable Use Policy and API Terms.

16. Nature and Limitations of Trading Signals

No guaranteed trading outcome

A subscription does not guarantee profitable trades, signal accuracy, target completion, capital protection or recovery of the subscription price through trading.

Signals are structured market scenarios based on information available at a particular time.

A signal may:

  • remain pending without activation;
  • become active after a stated condition;
  • reach one or more analytical targets;
  • expire before activation;
  • be invalidated by market conditions;
  • change status after publication.

You are responsible for checking the current status, complete signal record, invalidation condition and applicable update log.

A confidence score or risk classification does not represent a guaranteed probability of profit.

The Service does not provide personalised financial advice, order execution, portfolio management or discretionary trading.

17. Service Availability and Modifications

WallStreetHack.com aims to provide the subscription service during the paid access period but does not guarantee continuous, error-free or uninterrupted operation.

Temporary interruption may result from:

  • planned maintenance;
  • security incidents;
  • hosting or network failures;
  • blockchain or exchange-data interruptions;
  • payment-provider or communication failures;
  • API upgrades or technical migrations;
  • events beyond reasonable control.

Current operational information may be provided through the Platform Status and API Status pages.

Features may be modified where reasonably necessary to maintain security, improve functionality, comply with law or replace an unavailable data source.

18. Suspension and Termination by WallStreetHack.com

Access may be restricted, suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary because of:

  • material breach of this Agreement;
  • non-payment or reversed payment;
  • credential sharing or unauthorised redistribution;
  • fraud, abuse, scraping or harmful automation;
  • security risk or suspected credential compromise;
  • unlawful use of signals or API data;
  • a legal, regulatory or court requirement;
  • discontinuation of the relevant service.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue may be provided.

Immediate suspension may occur where delay would create a security, legal or material infrastructure risk.

Any refund or remedy following provider termination will be determined by the reason for termination, unused paid period and applicable mandatory law.

19. Supply and Conformity of Digital Services

Where mandatory digital-service consumer rules apply, WallStreetHack.com will supply the purchased digital service in accordance with the contract.

A consumer may have statutory remedies if the digital service:

  • is not supplied without undue delay;
  • does not materially match the contractual description;
  • does not provide required functionality or compatibility;
  • contains a material defect affecting contractual use;
  • is improperly modified contrary to mandatory law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include:

  • bringing the digital service into conformity;
  • a proportionate price reduction;
  • termination of the affected contract;
  • reimbursement of an amount required by law.

A market scenario developing unfavourably does not by itself mean that the digital delivery system or subscription service lacked contractual conformity.

20. Mandatory Consumer Rights

If you purchase as a consumer, you may have non-excludable rights under the law of your country of residence.

Nothing in this Agreement limits a mandatory right concerning:

  • pre-contract information;
  • transparent recurring charges;
  • withdrawal from a distance contract;
  • digital-service conformity;
  • unfair contract terms;
  • refunds and contractual remedies;
  • complaints and dispute procedures.

Any contractual exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Business and Professional Subscribers

If a subscription is purchased primarily for business, professional, fund, integration or institutional purposes, you confirm that you are acting in that capacity.

Consumer withdrawal and consumer-remedy provisions may not apply to a business subscriber.

Business subscribers are responsible for:

  • authorising internal users;
  • protecting credentials and API keys;
  • ensuring lawful downstream use of signal data;
  • maintaining appropriate internal risk controls;
  • complying with applicable professional and regulatory duties.

A separately signed enterprise, data-licensing or API agreement will prevail over this Agreement to the extent of an express conflict.

22. Privacy and Payment Data

Personal data used to administer subscriptions is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cookie and browser-storage information is described in the Cookie Policy.

Subscription administration may require processing of:

  • identity and contact information;
  • selected plan and access status;
  • transaction and invoice identifiers;
  • renewal and cancellation records;
  • support and security communications.

Complete payment-card details should be processed directly by the selected payment provider rather than stored by WallStreetHack.com.

23. Liability

The liability provisions in the Terms and Conditions apply to the subscription relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallStreetHack.com is not responsible for:

  • trading losses or liquidation;
  • missed market opportunities;
  • execution price, spread, fees or slippage;
  • failure of an exchange, wallet or blockchain;
  • use of an outdated or invalidated signal;
  • subscriber-side email, device or integration failures;
  • unauthorised use caused by improperly protected credentials.

No provision excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud or another protected category under applicable law.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without excluding mandatory consumer protections applicable in the subscriber’s country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, the subscriber should submit a detailed complaint through the Support page and allow a reasonable opportunity for review.

Subject to mandatory consumer law, disputes will fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

A consumer may retain the right to bring a claim in another court or use another dispute procedure where mandatory law provides that right.

25. Changes to this Agreement

WallStreetHack.com may update this Agreement to reflect changes in subscription features, billing systems, legal requirements, security practices or business operations.

The updated version will be published with a revised “Last updated” date.

A material change affecting an active subscription will be communicated through the notice required by applicable law and the relevant contract.

Where a subscriber does not accept a change that materially alters future recurring service, the subscriber may cancel before the change becomes effective, subject to mandatory law.

26. Subscription Support and Legal Contact

Questions concerning billing, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal or subscription access should be submitted through the official support channel.
