This Policy forms part of the agreement between WallStreetHack.com and users purchasing paid access to trading signals, whale-activity research, APIs, webhooks, notifications and related digital services.
It should be read together with the Subscription Agreement, Terms and Conditions, Risk Disclosure and Financial Disclaimer.
Nothing in this Policy restricts a refund, cancellation, withdrawal or digital-service remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to payments and subscription arrangements for WallStreetHack.com services, including:
- recurring monthly or other periodic subscriptions;
- fixed-term signal-access plans;
- private research or alert access;
- API and webhook subscriptions;
- developer or integration plans;
- other paid digital services identified at checkout.
A separately signed enterprise, licensing or custom-service agreement may contain different refund and termination terms. The specific written agreement will control to the extent of an express conflict.
2. Service Provider
The service provider responsible for this Policy is:
48 Kyriakou Matsi Avenue, Suite 7B
1082 Nicosia
Republic of Cyprus
The Cyprus address displayed in this Policy is a website placeholder and must be replaced with the verified registered or operating address before formal legal publication.
3. Cancelling a Recurring Subscription
A subscriber may cancel an automatically renewing subscription through the cancellation method made available for the applicable plan.
Depending on the final billing configuration, cancellation may be submitted through:
- the subscription or billing account interface;
- the payment-provider subscription portal;
- the official Support page;
- another cancellation method disclosed before purchase.
The request should identify the subscription clearly and be submitted through an account or contact method reasonably associated with the purchase.
WallStreetHack.com may request proportionate verification to prevent unauthorised cancellation of another user’s service.
4. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Unless the purchase terms or mandatory law state otherwise, a normal cancellation:
- prevents the next automatic renewal;
- does not immediately terminate the already paid period;
- allows access to continue until the current period ends;
- ends access when the paid period expires;
- may disable API credentials and webhooks after expiration.
A cancellation becomes effective when it is successfully recorded by the relevant billing system or confirmed by WallStreetHack.com.
Subscribers should retain the cancellation confirmation, request number or billing-portal record.
Stopping use of signals, deleting emails, disabling a webhook or removing an API key does not automatically cancel a recurring payment authorisation.
5. Automatic-Renewal Charges
Where automatic renewal was clearly disclosed and validly authorised, the subscription may be charged at the start of each renewal period until cancellation.
To avoid a new renewal charge, the subscriber must submit cancellation before that renewal is processed.
A cancellation request received after a renewal charge has been processed normally prevents future renewals but does not automatically reverse the completed charge.
A refund may still be required where:
- the recurring charge was not properly disclosed or authorised;
- the subscription had already been validly cancelled;
- the charge was duplicated or technically incorrect;
- mandatory consumer law provides a right to reimbursement;
- WallStreetHack.com approves an exceptional adjustment.
6. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
A consumer entering into an online or other distance contract may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
For consumers protected by applicable European distance-contract rules, the standard withdrawal period for a service contract is generally 14 days after the contract is concluded.
To exercise a withdrawal right, the consumer must submit an unequivocal statement communicating the decision to withdraw.
The statement should include:
- the subscriber’s name;
- the email used for the purchase;
- the subscription or service purchased;
- the approximate purchase date;
- a clear statement that the consumer withdraws from the contract.
The notice may be submitted through the WallStreetHack.com Support page.
Where applicable law grants a valid withdrawal right, the right is not removed merely because this Policy describes certain charges as normally non-refundable.
7. Immediate Supply of Digital Services or Content
A subscriber may request that a digital subscription or service begin before the end of an applicable withdrawal period.
7.1 Digital services
Where service performance begins at the consumer’s express request before the withdrawal period ends, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for the service supplied before a valid withdrawal.
7.2 Fully performed services
A withdrawal right may end after a service has been fully performed only where the legally required prior request, consent, information and acknowledgment were obtained.
7.3 Digital content
Where the purchase includes digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost after supply begins only where the consumer provided the express consent and acknowledgment required by applicable law.
The legal treatment depends on whether the purchase is classified as digital content, a digital service or a combination of services.
8. Circumstances That May Qualify for a Refund
Subject to verification, a full or partial refund may be available where:
- a mandatory statutory withdrawal right is validly exercised;
- the same transaction was charged more than once;
- a charge was processed after a confirmed cancellation;
- an unauthorised transaction is verified;
- the purchased digital service was not supplied;
- a material lack of conformity was not remedied as required;
- the wrong subscription amount was charged;
- WallStreetHack.com cancelled an order before providing access;
- a refund is otherwise required by applicable law;
- an exceptional refund is approved in writing.
Eligibility depends on the transaction facts, service supplied, applicable law and supporting records.
Approval in one case does not create a continuing obligation to approve another request with different circumstances.
9. Circumstances That Are Normally Non-Refundable
Except where mandatory law or an express contractual term requires otherwise, a refund is not normally provided solely because:
- a user did not use the available subscription;
- a user forgot to cancel before a properly disclosed renewal;
- a signal expired or was invalidated;
- a trade produced a loss or failed to reach a target;
- market conditions changed after publication;
- a user entered or exited at a different price;
- an exchange rejected, delayed or liquidated an order;
- a notification entered a spam folder;
- a user provided an incorrect email or webhook address;
- a user no longer wishes to trade;
- a user disagrees with a market view;
- the user’s device or third-party integration failed;
- the user breached applicable access or usage restrictions.
A losing trade, liquidation, missed entry or invalidated signal does not by itself establish that the digital subscription service was not supplied or lacked conformity.
10. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
A subscriber who believes the same purchase was charged more than once should contact support promptly.
The request should include:
- the purchase email;
- the dates and amounts of the charges;
- non-sensitive transaction identifiers;
- the final digits or payment-method label, where available;
- a redacted payment statement if reasonably necessary.
Do not submit complete payment-card numbers or banking credentials.
Where a duplicate or incorrect charge is confirmed, the incorrect amount will be refunded or otherwise corrected.
11. Unauthorised Payments
A user who does not recognise a WallStreetHack.com payment should contact the payment provider and WallStreetHack.com as soon as reasonably possible.
WallStreetHack.com may investigate:
- the transaction and subscription identifiers;
- the purchase email and access records;
- relevant IP and security information;
- subscription use following the transaction;
- payment-provider fraud indicators;
- other information necessary to review the claim.
Access connected to a disputed or unauthorised payment may be suspended while the matter is investigated.
Nothing in this section limits statutory payment rights available through the user’s bank or payment provider.
12. Failure to Supply a Digital Service
If a purchased digital service is not supplied, the subscriber should notify WallStreetHack.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and supply the service.
A failure to supply may include:
- paid access was never activated;
- required credentials were not issued;
- the purchased API service was not made available;
- the service cannot be accessed because of a provider-side error;
- the order was accepted for a service that was unavailable.
Where the service is still not supplied within the period required by applicable law or agreed terms, the subscriber may be entitled to terminate the affected contract and receive an applicable reimbursement.
Failure caused solely by an incorrect email, blocked inbox, unsupported user device or subscriber-side configuration will be reviewed separately.
13. Lack of Conformity of a Digital Service
Where mandatory digital-service rules apply, a consumer may have remedies if the service does not materially match the contractual description or required functionality.
Depending on the circumstances, the first remedy may be to bring the affected digital service into conformity within a reasonable period and without significant inconvenience.
Where legally available, further remedies may include:
- a proportionate reduction of the price;
- termination of the affected service contract;
- refund of an amount required by law;
- another mandatory consumer remedy.
A market prediction becoming incorrect does not itself mean that the website, API, access system or subscription delivery lacked technical or contractual conformity.
A conformity request should identify the affected feature, expected contractual behaviour, observed behaviour, approximate time and any non-sensitive error information.
14. Temporary Outages and Service Interruptions
A temporary outage does not automatically entitle every subscriber to a full refund.
When reviewing a material interruption, WallStreetHack.com may consider:
- the duration of the interruption;
- the affected subscription component;
- whether alternative access remained available;
- whether the cause was within reasonable control;
- whether the interruption materially affected the paid service;
- the remedies required by applicable law.
Where appropriate, an adjustment may take the form of:
- restored access;
- an extension of the subscription period;
- a service credit;
- a partial refund;
- another legally required remedy.
General operational information may be published on the Platform Status and API Status pages.
15. Plan Upgrades, Downgrades and Access Changes
The billing effect of a plan upgrade or downgrade should be disclosed before the change is confirmed.
Depending on the implemented billing system:
- an upgrade may take effect immediately;
- an additional prorated charge may apply;
- a downgrade may take effect at the next renewal;
- unused plan differences may not be paid as cash;
- access limits may change when the new plan begins.
A subscriber should not assume that a downgrade automatically creates a refund for the current period unless that result was expressly stated.
Where mandatory law requires a price adjustment or remedy, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
16. How to Submit a Refund Request
Refund, withdrawal and billing requests should be submitted through the official WallStreetHack.com Support page.
The request should include:
- the subscriber’s full name;
- the email used for the purchase;
- the subscription or service concerned;
- the transaction date and amount;
- a non-sensitive transaction or invoice identifier;
- the reason for the request;
- relevant supporting details or redacted evidence;
- the requested resolution.
A statutory withdrawal request does not require a reason, but it must clearly communicate the decision to withdraw and identify the affected contract.
Do not send complete payment-card numbers, bank passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys, exchange passwords or complete API credentials.
17. Review and Verification Process
WallStreetHack.com may review relevant billing, access, delivery and support records before making a decision.
The review may examine:
- the purchase and payment confirmation;
- the applicable plan and checkout disclosures;
- subscription activation and access records;
- cancellation history;
- service-delivery and incident records;
- API credential or webhook activation;
- communications concerning the transaction;
- applicable mandatory consumer rights.
Additional non-sensitive information may be requested where it is reasonably necessary to verify identity, ownership of the transaction or the basis of the claim.
A request may be delayed if the supplied information is incomplete or inconsistent.
18. Refund Method
An approved refund will normally be issued through the original payment method.
An alternative method may be used only where:
- the original method is no longer available;
- the payment provider requires another procedure;
- applicable law requires another method;
- the subscriber and WallStreetHack.com agree to an alternative.
WallStreetHack.com may refuse a request to send a refund to an unrelated account, third party or unverified destination.
A refund confirmation does not mean that the payment provider or bank has already completed final posting to the account.
19. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be initiated within the timeframe required by applicable law or the applicable contractual terms.
For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement will be made within the legally required period, subject to any lawful deduction or condition applicable to services already supplied.
After a refund is initiated, the time required for the funds to appear may depend on:
- the payment provider;
- the issuing bank;
- the selected payment method;
- weekends and public holidays;
- currency and cross-border processing;
- fraud or compliance review.
WallStreetHack.com does not control the final posting speed of an independent bank or payment provider.
20. Currency, Bank Charges and Processing Fees
Refunds are generally based on the amount actually charged by WallStreetHack.com for the approved refundable portion.
The amount received by the subscriber may be affected by:
- foreign-exchange movements;
- bank conversion rates;
- payment-provider charges;
- cross-border bank fees;
- fees charged independently by the subscriber’s institution.
WallStreetHack.com is not responsible for an independent fee charged by the subscriber’s bank or payment provider, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
A fee imposed directly by WallStreetHack.com will not be deducted from a statutory refund unless the deduction is permitted by law and clearly applicable.
21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
A subscriber who believes a charge is incorrect should contact WallStreetHack.com support before starting a chargeback where reasonably possible.
This allows the parties to review:
- whether the charge was authorised;
- whether the subscription was cancelled;
- whether a duplicate transaction occurred;
- whether the service was supplied;
- whether a direct refund can resolve the issue.
This request to contact support does not limit a legal right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect payment through a bank or payment provider.
Submitting a knowingly false or misleading chargeback may result in access suspension, account termination and recovery of valid amounts or costs where legally permitted.
A chargeback may result in immediate suspension of the associated subscription while the dispute is reviewed.
22. Business and Professional Subscribers
A subscriber purchasing primarily for business, professional, institutional, integration or commercial purposes may not qualify for consumer withdrawal rights.
Business refunds and termination rights are governed by:
- the applicable purchase summary;
- the Subscription Agreement;
- this Policy;
- any enterprise or API agreement;
- the law applicable to the business contract.
An authorised representative requesting a refund on behalf of an organisation may be required to confirm authority.
A separately negotiated agreement may provide service credits, notice periods or refund rules different from the standard consumer subscription.
23. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Consumers may have mandatory rights under the law applicable to their country of residence.
These rights may concern:
- clear pre-contract information;
- transparent recurring charges;
- withdrawal from a distance contract;
- refund timing;
- failure to supply a digital service;
- lack of conformity;
- price reduction and contract termination;
- unfair contract terms;
- complaint and dispute procedures.
This Policy does not replace or reduce a non-excludable statutory remedy.
Where this Policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.
Terms such as “non-refundable” apply only to the extent permitted by law and cannot remove a valid statutory refund or withdrawal right.
24. Refund Abuse, Fraud and Repeated Claims
WallStreetHack.com may investigate suspected abuse of the refund or cancellation process.
Suspected abuse may include:
- using substantial restricted content and then submitting a false non-delivery claim;
- requesting repeated promotional refunds through multiple identities;
- providing altered payment evidence;
- claiming a charge was unauthorised after verified use;
- initiating duplicate refund and chargeback procedures;
- using a refunded API credential after access should have ended;
- making materially false statements during the review.
Confirmed abuse may result in denial of a discretionary refund, suspension, termination or further lawful action.
This section does not permit WallStreetHack.com to reject a valid mandatory consumer or payment right merely because the user has previously submitted another legitimate claim.
25. Changes to this Policy
WallStreetHack.com may update this Policy to reflect changes in billing systems, payment providers, subscription services, legal requirements or business operations.
The revised Policy will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
A material change affecting an active recurring subscription will be communicated where required by applicable law or the relevant agreement.
A revised Policy will not retroactively remove a refund, withdrawal or cancellation right that had already arisen.
26. Refund and Cancellation Contact
Submit cancellation, withdrawal, refund and billing requests through the official WallStreetHack.com support channel.
